Wonderful Hotel
Perfect location, a 3 star hotel with service from the heart. All staff are friendly and sincere.
Mattress rather firm. Room is quite well renovated n considered spacious given the hotel is only taking a small building in the old quarters. Conveniently located to explore the old quarters on foot.

.Great Location,great service and excellent staff.After a long day of being a tourist exploring the hanoi old quarter, I looked forward to going back to the hotel and putting my feet up. The rooms here are spacious,nice,clean and very reasonable. The staff is wonderful and willing to help with whatever you need and the manager, Ms Anna is amazing! she is always there and he genuinely wants you to be comfortable and happy. The greatest customer service. They treat you like family and it feels like home even down to when you leave, they all stand outside and wave goodbye.Highly recommend this lovely hotel
The Best Hotel In Hanoi,nice room with balcony
It is the best hotel I've ever stayed.The hotel is quite new,clean and modern.The room is big with 1 double and 1 single bed,open window to see old quarter view.they offer free laptop with internet inside.so convenient for me.the breakfast was good with many choice of vietnamese and wesern foods like noodle,eggs,bacon,butter,jam,fruits....

Very unfriendly and dishonest staff
We were very disappointed with some staff working here because they were not friendly and very lazy. Room was fine and the location was very good. Breakfast was good also. However, we can not recommend this hotel because the staff are not honest and we lost money in my locked room when we put them in safety box.
This is the worst hotel in my life
This is the worst hotel in my life booking via www.Asiarooms.com.The room at Hanoi Royal View was dirty from the moment we arrived at the run down looking door with rubbish outside the door step. After came in the room more disappointed, the walls were scuffed with marks and beds were stained with wine and dirt. The worst was yet to come. So tired with the room we wanted to take a bath to cool down but the bathroom and it was disgusting, there was hair all over the floor and it looked like it had not been washed in a year. mold covered the shower recess, and there was a large clump of hair covering the shower drain. We can not believe this new hotel for what. never recommend!
Exremely Good in Customer service and very helpful staff. Rooms are OK. I think we paid high for this type of room we stayed. Price can be reduced for the kind of room they offer. Plenty of low priced same type of accomodation is available in the same area.
Good customer service
This is one of the best hotel I've ever stayed.The location is so great , just 2 minutes walking to the Hoan Kiem Lake,The room is so large and clean.The staffs are so friendly and helpful, they are ready to help you at anytime especial with tour information .I will be back this hotel
Very Good Location
Great location - in the old town just walk 2 minute to hoan kiem lake. Very helpful, friendly staff. Good value for money with excellent breakfast and nice touches like fresh drinking water in the room each day. We left our luggage safely at the hotel (at no charge) we olso book the trip to Halong Bay and sapa trexking with this hotel .
