Silver Boutique Hotel, Hanoi  

I'm very satisfied with service and accomodation of Silver Boutique hotel. After my booking at Asiarooms.com I immediately received the email from Sales Manager say thank you for booking and recommend me use hotel pick up service. Driver is very nice and kindly. When I check in Mr Bien-General Manager warmest welcome me, give me so much useful information of Vietnamese food, and Ms Pham help me to organize the Halong 2days1night, Hoalu Tamcoc. When I come back I was free upgraded to Deluxe room. Diffirent with Superior (small window) the Deluxe is very nice with open sound-proof window, balcony, fabulous Jacuzzi bathtub and shower. From my room I can enjoy complimentary coffee and city view at night. I have only 5days this time. I'm sure to choose the Silver Boutique Hotel next time I visit Vietnam. I also recommend you book this hotel, all rooms offer window (except Superior), safety box, wooden floor, mordern facilities,.. You will be served by the well training staff and best service
