Very good service and very help full with information. Very friendly people.
In the middle of the old center
The hotel staff was very service minded and correct. The room with front view was spacious enough. The beds a little too hard. Big cities in Vietnam means a lot of street noise. You're in the middle of the old center but every city trip can be done by foot.
The breakfast needs attention, that was below quality.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Small but very clean room, even got a laptop to use for free. Hotel is situated in Old Hanoi, close to everything, but not in one of the "tourist roads". Definitely a good place to stay for a visit of Hanoi
Just atAt one call they have provided airport transef to hotel. er
Customer Service was at best and they use to take care of smallest of the needs by inquiring even if I am away on sight seeing. Staff is very courteous and I never felt that I am away from home. Rate wise I am not much aware as I did not inquire with any other Hotel but I suppose it was O.K. I will advise for staying in this Hotel.
Amazing services!
A truly exceptional experience Amazing staff - so helpful, conscientious, happy and welcoming.They helped us arrange great trips including Ha Long Bay and made it very easy for us. They provide a great area map which basically condenses your lonely planet down to a single page back and front. I cannot praise them enough - each and every one. Great location in the lively centre - colourful and vibrant A small and incredibly friendly hotel
Nice stay
We booked two double rooms and everything was fine. Good location in the old city and good relationship price/quality.
I have experienced a short stay with Dong Thanh Hotel n feel quite impressed about it.The staffs are helpful n friendly.I appreciate the guy who would lock my bike carefully each time i come n open it for me when i leave.The room was tidy but a small.My room is at the back with no window,to me it's ok but i would recommend u to pick the rooms in front cause they got windows,more light n air come into the rooms.

The reception were very helpful in organizing our check-in. Our room was beautiful and tucked away from the busy noise of the street and our window cropped a very typical view of what the Old Quarter provides.
Our bed was exceptionally comfortable and the pillows were full and noticably supportive. When we asked for a power adaptor for the kettle in our room, we received a response straight away. When house cleaning prepared our room, it was a pleasant surprise to have our pyjamas foldered and pressed.
Reception informed me that the Hotel has been fitted out 7 months prior and this was obvious with the shine and polish of all fittings. My only niggle here was the elevator that had a mind of its own on certain levels.
We snuck out to Halong Bay on our 3rd day here and when we returned to spend an additional 2 days here it was lovely to hear a, "Welcome Home" from the staff. - and it did feel like home We spent 4 nights here in total and each breakfast was consistenly amazing. The selection of fruit and baked good changed each day, adding some great variety.

Of the six hotels on our stay, this was the first where we stayed in and ordered delivery dinner from a local store. Reception was very helpful in locating food that could be delivered to us.
