Excellent
This hotel is a gem. Newish, very well located in a quieter area of the old centre (if there is such a thing) - due to the wider street - brilliant and extremely friendly service, very well priced for what you get (eg a computer in the room!!) etc. We couldn't have been happier. Stay there, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely hotel in a charming area of old quarter of Hanoi. We enjoyed our time there very much and will stay there again next time in Hanoi.
