PLEASANT EXPERIENCE
arrival late at the hotel was ok, the room was already ready for us, their hotel transport came to pick us up at the airport so everything was smooth.
usd18 for a 4-seater
the staff were helpful and our room was big and clean, the amt we paid for was worth every penny
the breakfast variety is the same everyday but we arent complaining cos the room itself is already worth the amt we paid for.
the location of the hotel is pretty good. :)

Amazing Hotel ang Great Tour Service
It 's been great pleasure staying at May De Ville Old Quarter Hotel.Good hospitality , staffs are friendly and helpful , room is clean , make you feel at home.
We also booked Halong Bay trip and Sapa trip with Ms Loan, travel consultant .That was perfectly.She is very helpfull and helping us to arrange the package tour with fantastic service.We enjoyed so much.
We will recommend to our friends and we will visit May De Ville again.

Wow, this hotel and staff have been amazing.They couldn't do enough tp please us and make our stay the best.Friendly smiling faces at all times , even 4.30am at the station on return from Sapa.All our trips , booked from Ms Loan - sales Manager , and transport to and from airport are very smoothy with the guide/taxii waiting for us on arrival. We booked all trips with Ms Loan Nguyen , Halong Bay trip, Sapa trip , flight ticket as well.All of them are perfectly.We enjoyed that. I highly recommend their travel agency .

The May De Ville Old Quarter Hotel was our "second home" while we were in Vietnam for 2 weeks. The hotel is very central to everything in the old quarter and it was easy to walk to restaurants, museums, the lake the market .I'd been to many hotels all over the world, some of them were four or five stars hotels, but had never seen such a wonderful, friendly and warm attitude as I'd seen in this hotel.
The staff in this charming hotel, each and every one of them, are so kind, friendly, honest , generous and always willing to help in each and every possible way.
You may find a more fancy hotel, if you are willing to pay much more, but you will never find a warmest and more friendly treatment than you'll get in this charming hotel. In this hotel you'll get the most caring, warm, sympathizing , honest and friendly treatment..And they arranged for us a trip to Ha Long Bay,Sapa tour and they even booked our plane tickets back to Ho Chi Minh Cityt. I just can't beleive how easy they made our little vacation in Hanoi.
We are glad we picked the May De Ville Old Quarter Hotel, it is not 5 start building but certainly it's 5 star service.
I've already highly recommended my friends to stay in your hotel.
