Typical praise, but the truth
In all my years of travelling, I don't think I have ever stayed at a place where the staff were more eager to do anything to make my stay in Hanoi more enjoyable. The friendliness was almost overwhelming. They sent people out to buy special things for me that I could not find myself, they offered me food off-hours, they were just plain pleasant to chat with. The room was like an expensive and quaint place in Europe. They didn't have any rice to serve with my breakfast, but that is a minor point; they made me a fine omelet, and some good noodle dishes.
Extremely Helpful Staff
We stayed here for the short holiday. So the important thing we have to do first is choosing the good hotel in Hanoi. So we did it carefully.I have read many good reviews on other sites for this hotel and doubt that they may be fake. Anyway, we still tried to book one room. First, we booked a superior room with asiaroom in good rate. When I came to the hotel, hotel staff free upgraded us to the deluxe room with jacuzzi in our surprise. Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night arranged by them was so great with reasonable price. Breakfast was so delicious and we could order everything in that menu. The most thing that we highly appreciate this hotel was the extremely helpful staff. They always smiled and remembered our names very well. The ladies in front office helped me to keep away form the bad taxi driver and showed us where to visit in Hanoi. We could not expect more and no doubt at all.
We are sure to come back Vietnam again and definitely stay this hotel for more their arrangement for our trip.

Cozy Like At Home
We have 2 children, 5 and 3 years old. We travelled to Vietnam for long holiday. We chose this hotel after my friend's recommendation. Everything was quite good. We booked with them 1family room, 1 tour Ha Long bay. We could not get the Sapa tour trekking because of small kids. Anyway, we would not miss it next time. The one thing we emphasis was the warm thing from the staff. They gave us warm smiles anytime they saw us. They played with our kids and helped us to take care of them while we get trouble with the visas to Laos. All our feeling was at home. You can not expect more with this 3 - star hotel.
We are making plan to come back Vietnam again with long trip and of course this hotel would be one of our accommodations.

Nice hotel & friendly staff
3rd time to Hanoi and one of the best hotels I have stayed.
excellent hotel
Had the best stay here, mainly because of such a wonderful staff. Super friendly and helpful. Will definitley stay again. Computer in room is wonderful, good breaky selection, clean and cool room with everything you need. Quiet. Excellent value for money. Honestly one of the best spots I have ever stayed in.
Great hotel with wonderful location and staff
I recommend it to all young couples as well as to other type of people. Its cheap, its clean, with nice rooms and very modern bathrooms, place for breakfast modern and breakfast as well good - they have a big screen here, so u are up to date with latest world news. The location is the best, u have everything nera u,. We felt in love in Hanoi, to whole city, as well as people, are the best.
Good location, good service, good tours recommended
My stay in Hanoi of Vietnam was excellent thanks to wonderful customer relationship. The room was warm and breakfast was a nice touch each morning. Staff at Asia Pearl extremely helpful and kind. We went to all famous places in the North of Vietnam including 'Halong Bay and Sapa'. we went to Sapa with a cruise and then we went to Sapa at the mountain. And these two destinations are really interesting places for visitors all around the world. All tours were arranged from the hotel. The people are friendly and helpful in particular when they know english. It also seems that this country has a lot of beautiful landscapes. Travelling in cities and in the landscape the oountry looks well off and well organized although the history of the country is dramatic with wars and policial upheavals. I am in particular impressed. I would recommend all my friends to visit Hanoi and other places in Vietnam.
We enjoyed our night at this hotel
my husband and i stayed at the Asia Pearl hotel for 2 nights. we had a great time. the staff were really friendly and the breakfast was really good. the room was clean and the room décor were cute. there are too many beautiful places around to visit. Halong Bay was wonderful, Sapa was also nice, quiet. Please do not hesitate to bookthe cruise at the hotel. They guaranteed for you the quality and the rates. We wil come back next summer.
Can be a 4 star hotel.only if.
Every things is good except the bedsheet need to be change in the moring ,poor shower pressure.and next building renovation is going on.beside these the hotel is value for money.
