Great service level
We are a group of 5 who stays in Hanoi Grand Hotel in 1 family room. The room is spacious and clean. The toilet with bath tub is fairly good. Lucy in the reception area is very friendly and helpful. She helps us handles all our inquires in going around Hanoi and also help us book our trip to Ha long Bay. The food is good and the staff are hospitable. We will definitely come back and also recommend to our friends.
A great little hideaway in Hanoi
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hanoi Grand, the staff are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to ensure you are happy and comfortable. The cost is extremely affordable and the location is great, a very short stroll to the lakes and the hub of the old quarter. The rooms are clean, spacious with daily service. They also provide computers and free internet service in your room. The breakfast is adequate and they are very helpful when organising tours and taxi services. I would definitely stay here again.
Pleasant & Helpful Service
Our family of 5 stayed for 3 nights at the Hanoi Grand Hotel. The room was clean and spacious & wifi ready as well. The staff were very helpful with tour suggestions and with directions whenever we wanted to explore the local area. They assisted with calling for taxi for us,showed us where to eat,etc. Our gratitude and thanks to the manager & staff especially Ms Bien for their excellent service. We recommend this hotel highly to anyone.

Hanoi Grand Hotel and Pefect service.
Hanoi Grand Hotel was a fantastic stay . We were here for almost two weeks and booked 2 different tours through them, when deciding on tours, the staff were very helpful with our questions. They went beyond our expectations in terms of service even offering a room to shower and sleep in on getting back from a tour ( Sapa tour) at 5.00 am. The accommodation was what we wanted and the breakfast was perfect too.
Lucy and her staff made our stay very memorable and fun and i would recommend Hanoi Grand Hotel to anyone travelling to Hanoi or upon my return. Thank you for a great holiday and fantastic service.

Great hotel and Hospitality
Excellent service from the hotel staffs especially Ms. Tam. She gave us lots of travel info included where to eat and etc, and the tours info as well.What a great service and hospitality. Great location, near all the shopping central, Hoan Kiem lake, train station just 15 minute walk. Good breakfast both Vietnamese ans Western style. Very helpful and friendly staff. Absolutely recommended this.
Definitely a good choice, worth every cent
The Hanoi Grand Hotel was a great place to stay! The hotel is new, room was spacious with many amenities, such as Flat TV, private computer.
They have a very friendly and helpful staff. You get free breakfast and free tea/ coffee all day! ( Always a plus)
And, they made it so easy to book our trip to Halong Bay( and they even kept our big heavy luggage without extra charge).
All in all, Hanoi Grand Hotel is definitely a good choice for anyone looking for reliable care at Hanoi.
