a memorable stay for all the right reasons
We were recommended the Golden Land hotel by a family member and it was a great recommendation. Danny the manager and his staff were fantastic. Danny organised & booked all our trips & sight seeing tours. These included Sapa, Halong Bay and Hoi An, the staff also suggested great places to Dine & advice on local attractions. The hotel rooms were large well appointed & very comfortable. The service we received was very warming & we felt very much at home. If we were to visit Hanoi again we would definitely stay at the Golden Land again & recommend this hotel & staff without hesitation. We hope to see our new friends at the Golden Land again in our travels.
Best Service Ever
The Golden Land had the best service I ever received at any hotel so we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a disappointment but I did not have the heart to tell the staff as they tried so hard to please.The room was very good as well with all the amenities I needed. I would stay there if we ever return to Hanoi and recommend it.
Exceptional service and staffs
How i can say this hotel with exceptional services, they , you know most of them always acknowledge how to serve each guest perfectly, from the way they smile at each guest.
About my room with "huge" balcony and window, my room was quite large and all amenities with full of equipment of 4 stars hotel. they booked for me trip to Halong Bay with usd $105/person for A Class Cruise which they call " A class Above All". In fact, everything was perfect and would like to stay again and recommend for others who intend to go to visit Hanoi.
