A Fabulous Hotel in Hanoi
This is the best hotel that we have ever stayed. The service from the staff was exceptional and they booked all our tours and transport for us and stored our bags for a few days while we went to Halong Bay. The hotel itself is clean and well decorated. Our room was huge and had all mods cons and a balcony. This is the best hotel we have stayed in by far in Vietnam and great value for money - it's a bargain. The breakfast is good too (mainly variations of egg). It is in a great location with restaurants and sights just around the corner, but it wasn't noisy at night
Great Choice and the best service ever.
Great hotel with fantastic staff whose English is very good. Trips on offer at the hotel are very good too. Room was fantastic with a nice double bed and overall it was a room which was good enough to spend a day in if the weather is bad, which cannot be said for most other hotels and hostels in this price range!! Overall a great hotel enabling me to enjoy Hanoi to the most!
Fantastic service and friendly staff
All the staff we encountered offered outstanding customer service. They were friendly, polite and extremely efficient- nothing was too much trouble. The hotel us well situated in the Old Quarter and touches such as free Wi Fi and laptop in the room were really useful. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.
Very nice stay at Hanoi First Choice hotel
The location was great. Right in the hub of the shopping district. Staff were amazingly helpful and went over and above to assist making the stay that much more pleasurable. Rooms were lovely and breakfast was delicious. Some nice touches were added such as the welcoming drinkn and the introduction to Hanoi
The best ever stay in Hanoi First Choice
The Hanoi First Choice Hotel exceeded even my highest expectations. From the moment I arrived and was greeted with a cold washcloth and chilled lemon juice until the time I left I was well taken care of and so very comfortable.
There was actually some loud construction going on in the building directly attached to the back of the hotel, and it went from about 6:15am - 10pm, and I was on the 5th floor in the back, so I wasn't too happy. The manager was great, though, and moved me to another room right away.
The room and breakfast was a great deal, and the location was fantastic, only about 2-1/2 short blocks to Hoan Kiem Lake and the water puppet theatre.
Everyone was very attentive and they even set me up with a wonderful female tour guide for the day (Hong).
The bed was comfortable and the room had great design. There was even fresh fruit provided daily (the best mangoes I've ever eaten included), and free wifi.
I stayed at the Intercontinental Asiana in Saigon also, and, honestly, I liked this hotel better.
