A new motel
Pearl Suites has the new decoration, new equipments, like air-con, hair dryer etc. It ;s good if the hotel can put more concern on the cleanliness of towels and the bed.
Meanwhile, there was some decoration works in the morning and it real noisy!! But it's only cost around 40US, cannot require too much of it.

staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to accomodate anyone. we stayed 3 nights then went to halong bay and were very pleased to be able to book in again at the hotel on our return. they give great recommendations for restaurants, activities, transport and wont just send you anywhere. Also great location, central to everything.
Good choice in this crowded capital
I was there for 2 nights. I had to move from another hotel to Asia Pearl because of noisy.
I was surprised about this hotel. The room was so clean and I got free water and fruits every nights when I stayed there. I have computer and free internet, wifi. That is the most important. It was quite and fresh enough to have sweet dreams. The lady of reception was so kind when she offered me good price for the deluxe room. Her English was fantastic. Of course I will come back again.

Worderfull staffs, great location
Stayed at the Pearl Suites hotel for 5 days and enjoyed every day I was there! The staff are very helpful and are more than happy to book tours for you.. free wifi in rooms which comes in handy and I think they can provide a laptop for you if you don't have one? clean rooms, nice set up.. would definitely stay again.
New and amazing hotel
The staff were very helpful and friendly, and would always assist with any problems I had. I booked a trip to Halang bay for $95 through the hotel, which was great fun and value for money. The breakfast was the best I had in a month travelling through Vietnam.
A-M-A-Z-I-N-G HOTEL, MUST STAY !!!
After 2 days late check in due to the flight delay, they still kept the rooms for us and treated us as Royal. We booked 2 single rooms and stay only 1 night in our short vacation, we were so.o.o happy with our choice. The rooms were new, the food was nice, the location couldn't be beat, near the lake and the Backpackers street, a few mins walking to all restaurants, shops, market, . ect. We will be back for sure.
Best hotel for travellers
Perfect hotel in a perfect location - Just walking distance to all of central street. Lovely staff who always wish to help, give good recommendation for where to go and what to eat. Breakfast was a smart choice with some Vietnam and European food. Definitely will be back for next time visit Hanoi.
