if you look for a hotel near the airport it is the right choice. Comfortable, clean, good service wifi in rooms for ex. It's more for business than leisure.

As I usually stay in cheaper hotels when I travel to Vietnam, I decided to stay at First as a treat on my last day here for this trip. I found it an excellent hotel to stay at. It is close to the airport which is one of the reasons that I stayed there and the staff are very good and helpful. I had few extra requests but the few I did have were dealt with very well. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the breakfast and other meals that I had there were very good.
I enjoyed staying here. Even though it was only a little over a day, I would recommend this hotel as one to revisit.

I stayed at this hotel 2.5 years ago and thought it was just okay. I was staying at it because of the proximity to the airport. I didn't want to waste all the time getting in and out of District 1 to where most of the western style hotels are. However, I was happy to find that a couple of issues I had with the last time I was there were improved upon. The first time I was there the hallways and rooms all smelled of smoke, this seems to have been eliminated. The room was also cleaner and better appointed then the first time I was the. The staff's knowledge of English had also increased which made the stay a little less stressful.

also to eat at the restaurant directly accesible from
the lobby and the food (lunchtime) was great. I think
for the price-quality point of view, this is a hotel which is quite recommendable to most of any kind of tourist. May be if you have the chance to change all
the different window panels for a double anti-noice
system, it would help people feeling more relaxed and without hearing the traffic outside (since I was very tired, I didn't hear it and slept well...but in the morning the noice was pretty hearable), overall I did

It was good for a one night...
It was good for a one night stay as it was very near the airport (we had a really early flight the morning after) but I wouldnt have wanted to stay any longer.... The room smelled of cigarettes and you could hear all the noise of other guests in the corridor and from outside. The bed wasnt very comfortable either.

Great hotel only 15min from airport , ideal for stopovers. Do not stay here if you are staying in HCMC - to far away from centre and isolated.

We wanted a good hotel close to the airport as we had an early flight the next morning and it was perfect for location.The hotel was perfect from the time we arrived with the friendly staff,the bar lounge,room very quiet,breakfast beautiful,facilities,amenities etc.We could not find a single complaint for this hotel and we will be using it again next year.
