Hi,I'm writing my opinion hoping that this hotel will change the way of serving customers in the near future.
I thought that this hotel would be good enough for me to stay longer but it's bad more than I expected.
Receptionists did not let me stay with my wife in the same room just because I'm American and she is Vietnamese having our marriage certificate in process.
Second, the hall way of this hotel is extremely hot without air conditioner. Facilities inside the room are also small and it makes me feel like I'm living in the box.
If you would like to know if I'm right about it or not,you can check it out.
I strongly recommend you not rent this hotel if you don't want to waste your

We would like to have some feedback for the guest review recently as follows : - In Vietnamese laws, a foreigner can only share a room with a local woman when they have an official marriage certificate. The concept of 'in process' is not valid in laws. The key point is whether you have it or not when you check in a hotel. In this case, the guest did not have it. And the hotel staff were right. Moreover, the guest could have lost the deposit for the second booking if we did not inform him about that in advance. Therefore he had a chance to cancel the booking with our help. And now we are thought as a kind of troublesome hotel ? - There are air conditioners in public areas in our hotel. However, being in the hallway is always not as comfortable as indulging oneself in bed in a guestroom. - The guest got a Superior room in our hotel with the rate of 33 USD net per night. The 26m2 room with the standard facilities in a 3-star hotel is rather suitable to his choice. Do you really think it is a box ? We hope the response will make everybody have a better understanding about us. / Mr.Vu Xuân Thành, General Manager
