Our deluxe room had everything we needed...
Our deluxe room had everything we needed and was spotless. Good firm mattress (pillows a bit too firm, though), mini fridge, TV with lots of channels, shower-tub in bathroom with OK water pressure. Service is very friendly, guards/doormen extra helpful with taxis. Location is excellent, just 2 blocks from a big park and 3 or 4 from a wet market with a good food court. Unless you're wedded to being in District 1 right by the river this hotel is centrally located.
The only downside is the disco which we could hear at night even though our room was on the 4th floor. That said, the music only lasts till midnight and we were so tired every evening we fell asleep right away in spite of the persistent throb.
Good value (for Saigon - hotels in general are ridiculously expensive here) and we would certainly not hesitate to stay here again.
