Vey happy with the room and the restaurant. The service was excellent, as one would expect in a premium hotel. The staff are efficient and friendly and made our stay quite enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel, especially for someone needing easy access to the Ho Chi Minh City airport.

Our brief stay at the Omni Hotel in Saigon was excellent. The staff, services, and food were all excellent.
It made an excellent way for us to transition to our stay with family in Vietnam.

This is probably one of the finest hotels in Vietnam. It comes close to International Five Star status. It is a particulary good hotel for those needing lodging close to the airport; for those seeking a location closer to downtown Saigon, there are better located hotels.
Good location for the airport especially when...
Good location for the airport especially when one is catching a very early flight. However, it is far from town and the shuttle bus though convenient is not very frequent. The rooms are a little small and the carpet was stained and not very clean. The facilities are excellent with a state of the art gym and a lovely pool. The breakfast was a little disappointing and the dinning area is rather small and dark. The hotel spa is excellent, very good value and the staff there gave us great service.

Location is ideal for transit, closed to the airport. Friendly front desk and helpful staff. Nice hotel but it's not a five stars one. I enjoy staying at Omni Hotel. It is just what I needed for a night of stay.
During the stay, I would highly recommend...
During the stay, I would highly recommend guests to speak to the Head receptionist should they need anything at all. Please be patient with her English, as I think she is Japanese.
If each of the HCM hotels have someone like her, that would be a real no frill service.

There seems to have lots of nice wheel drive cars parking in front of the Omni hotel big car park, but there is no sight of taxis. Help yourself to get to downtown...

The hotel Omni in Ho Chi Minh City is nice and the staff are very friendly. It is quite far from town and it would be good that if they provide the shutter service at an hour interval rather than 2 during the day. I enjoy staying here and l would stay again in my next visit.
The stay in Omni hotel was great....
The stay in Omni hotel was great. Swimming pool was excellent although it would be a good idea to clean the pool before its open so that people dont have to wait for about 45 minutes to have the pool ready for swim. As for the food.. marvelous and its has all variety of food. Interesting point is when we went down for a 'chinese new year-vietnam food feast' I was pretty disapointed that instea of having move Vietnamese food it actually provide you with 'international foo', that was really misleading.. but for overall stay, it was a great hotel

Reduce price for business travaller, in room intrnet should great, other then those option, I think most of the servise are good, but no entertaiment at night.
