I stayed there as a service member when I was stationed in Sai Gon and even at that time, the staff and personnel were quite polite and very helpful. I am planning on returning to Viet Nam in the very near future and I WILL make my reservations over the net so I know I can trust these people to have everything in order when I arrive. It has everyting convienent for you. You are right in the middle of all you want in Ho Chi Minh City. Close to the river, zoo, flower street and all. All I can say is "Stay there and Enjoy!"

The buffet breakfast which comes with the price of the room is significant and should meet anyone's needs for a good start to the day. I highly recommend the Oscar as THE place to stay for the budget conscious traveler.
