It was an OK up-market hotel without being spectacular. The service at check-in was not adequate but later the staff proved to be on their toes and we got a nice breakfast box to bring along as we checked out very early and a free-of-charge shuttle bus to the airport. The food at the restaurant was OK but again not spectacular and compared to the excellent and very affordable food we had enjoyed in Phan Thiet it was not price worthy.

A very large hotel with ALL facilities close by. The restaurants were perfect. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone travelling to this city.

V Good standard hotel. Bit faded but still clean and comfortable. Some renovations being done. Rooms really good. Located in District 5, China town area not far, but excellent shuttle bus service into main part of town. However we preferred this area as some good local restaurants, better food than District 1, which is geared to tourists. Some tourist restaurants directly opposite hotel, internet cafe etc. If went again would pay extra for Executive room as have own bar and other extras and supposed to be worth it.

Executive suites were great with free tea,coffee,food during the day and in evening drinks and nibbles.Pool was good with kids and panorama over Ho Chi Minh City.
Not as conveniently located as many hotels but this reflected in price.Shuttle bus service was fine.Gym was OK.Internet needed staff member to get you on but was usually available.One month in Vietnam with 2 kids and stayed in hotels ranging from $15.00 night to $200.00(Windsor Plaza at end of trip).Probably the smaller,cheaper(boutique) hotels were the most enjoyable and offered more personalised service and often better facilities like internet in the room or Dvd player,but maybe no pool.

I stayed in Windsor many time for...
I stayed in Windsor many time for the past 2 years and I would say that it is one of the best value hotel in HCMC. The room are spacious and clean, the restaurants are good and the facilities are acceptable. Only the location is a slight problem in district 5, there is nothing much to do around the hotel and you have to take a cab to distric 1 to enjoy a good dinner and some entertainments.

This hotel was excellent. The service was outstanding. The staff were so helpful and friendly they had a very good command of english. Staying on the executive floor was a plus and would recommend anyone staying there to do so. The shuttle bus service that runs from the hotel to district one is such a bonus. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service to the airport free of charge.We would definitely stay at this hotel again without hesitation. I totally enjoyed my stay at the Windsor and would highly recommend it.
