Dirty, rooms smell like cigarettes. The staff were unhelpful and could hardly speak English.
Poor facilities. The website makes it look much better than it is.
We found the hotel to be very clean and the service efficient and friendly. It is quiet around this area after 10 pm, the night life is only 5 to 10 mins away by cab and cab fares are affordable. Definitely a hotel great for families.
I have food intolerances & was unable to eat from the set menu in the restaurant. The staff were wonderful & cooked meals specially for me. Nothing was too much trouble for them, & they even made me a take-away meal for the plane trip home. All the hotel staff were very friendly & helpful, & certainly helped make my stay most enjoyable.
Nice medium sized hotel though a little far from the tourist belt. Comfortable rooms and good shower facilities with OK breakfast. But the staff could do better to improve their English.
