rude cleaning lady?
Deluxe Room and bathroom is spacious and clean, but the beds seems to be old and not rotated.
We were not told that hotel will hold on to our passports and why, but they gave them back to us still.
Wi-Fi signals ok, massage at hotel basement was good and value for money.
Breakfast choice was bigger than expected.
However when I used the toilet at the restaurant level, I experienced a rude cleaning lady. While I was washing my hands after coming out from the cubicle, she immediately went to clean the toilet, then came out to throw the toilet brush pass me and across the basin, right into the pail, mumbling something. If she cannot accept people using the toilet, and I left it clean, she shouldn't work in that line.
