We found the service excellent, always greeted...
We found the service excellent, always greeted with a smile and everyone spoke Englih very well. Room was big, bright, comfortable and always clean. Hotel is so close to shopping and you can find lots of different and exciting foods in this area.

The hotel was very relaxing with a really nice swimming pool. It was quiet and confortable even if there were a lot of groups. the breakfast was good and the location ideal. The staff were helpful and even provided a french speaking doctor when we needed one. The garden was nice also.

Great hotel and great location. Nice and close to the markets. Staff are very helpful. Large rooms and great layout. Would recommend hotel to future travellers and honeymooners like ourselves.

After a long day travelling on the...
After a long day travelling on the open bus from Nha Trang,we arrived at the Hoi An hotel.Our very heavy luggage was carried by an enthusiastic doorman to the reception area where we were greeted by the very proffesional staff.After settling in to our room we enjoyed a nice cold drink on the balcony  overlooking the pool (fabulous) the hotel is only 2 minutes to the old centre of Hoi An a wonderful town.Breakfast was fabulous inside or outside dining.Highly recommended,staying again next year Thankyou Hoi An hotel.

The Hoi An hotel is in a...
The Hoi An hotel is in a great spot, rooms are clean and smart, ask for a balcony room but not on the ground floor. Breakfasts are pretty awful, reception staff a little unhelpful but definitely good value, would stay there again.

The location of the Hoi An hotel is great-very convenient for shopping and eating. Very clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast time could be extended though-up to 10 am.
