Good room,good service,good facilities,friendly and helpful staff. Only negative comments are, it was a good exercise to walk up the stairs but the hotel needs a lift and they need to vary their hot breakfast selection.

Hotel's biggest plus is its location near...
Hotel's biggest plus is its location near the old town. Whilst the room we had (a small suite) was fine, the hotel has no atmosphere and is typical of a government run operation. Everything works - just. The reception lobby is far from welcoming and the whole place is bland and tired. Breakfast was marginal.

The location of this hotel is central...
The location of this hotel is central to most places of interest in Hoi An. My partner and I were happy that we were upgraded to a better room during our stay in this hotel. However, we thought that it could get pretty disruptive when people start moving up and down the stairs, along the corridors as the interiors of the buildings did not seem to be soundproof. The buffet breakfast served during our stay was all right. There was certainly room for improvement in terms of the variety of spread provided. An area which we were pretty put off was the exhorbitant prices the hotel spa charges for its massage and spa packages.

Excellent value for money, great room, great...
Excellent value for money, great room, great buffet breakfast and very central location. One (minor) downside is that there is no lift for the 2nd and 3rd levels.

Great location, large quality room and very...
Great location, large quality room and very clean. All the staff were friendly and requests were met with an immediate response. Only minor complaints were the water pressure in the shower (very poor) and our television reception came and went.

Great hotel! Fantastic Location! Good food! try the...
Great hotel! Fantastic Location! Good food! try the lemongrass and chilli chicken or teh pork in a clay pot! Try the cooking class - Tu the chef is great! Pool view rooms on the 2nd floor are best - ask for a twin - the beds are bigger than king single and comfy! ENJOY!!

Of all the hotels we sayed in...
Of all the hotels we sayed in this was by far the best.Great staff especialy Anh the receptionist who helped sort out a nasty cab driver.The breakfast in the gardens was excellent and the room was large and breezy with a very functional air conditioner.A pool that would be found in a 5 star hotel.The only two points I must comment on was that we had to pay to use the internet and we had to pay to use the push bikes.Didn't cost much but would have been good to be complementary.Next time we are in Hoi An we will definately stay at the Hoi An Hotel and we highly reccommend it to any traveller with or without a family.

very good hotel good facilities and excellent...
very good hotel good facilities and excellent value for money. staff went out of their way to assist, moved us to another room when we mentioned that we had noisy people in the adjoining room. location is also very convienient 5 min stroll to town. buffet breakfast was also very good. stayed here last year and will stay here again. good value for money.
