My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. What a huge disappointment - the resort seemed to be split in 2 (joining 2 resorts together) all very very old and under a lot of construction until the end of September/october we were told. there is no elevator so be prepared to hike up 3 floors in stinking heat!! we upgraded to a room on the ground floor - a delux seafacing room - not that you could see the sea! However during the day the local traffic was audible however we did not have a problem at night as reception suggested we might. The resort forgot to mention that one of the pools (just outside our room) was closed, also there was no service what-so-ever around the other pool and the pool bar was closed for the "off season" although the resort was full! It was a long walk to the pool that was opened. The reception area was closed and they were using the old convention centre - no air conditioning in any public rooms and it was very hot. The air con in our room broke 3 times and water flooded the floor. the resort breakfast was only average. There was no room service for food - everything seemed to be closed because of the off season - but the resort is happy to take full price!!! The resort is a little way out but had a good bus service and there were plenty of cafes, tailors, shoes, clothes etc just outside the resort door. Also, there is no bar to sit at and have a cool drink although you could go to the breakfast area and order a drink to take to the pool area!! Think twice about booking this hotel - it is only just a 3 star hotel with problems. Stay closer in to the town of Hoi An there are plenty of nicer hotels. The sister hotel hoi an beach hotel looked pretty good and probaly cheaper and in a perfect spot for shopping - only one street away.
