As Villa Hue is a training facility for people entering the hospitality business you can't expect the staff to have years of experience. What you can expect though is enthusiastic staff who take their jobs, and your comfort, very seriously and who try very hard to do everything right. I couldn't fault any of the service although inexperience did show through a couple of times - but not enough to be of any concern. The rooms are beautifully appointed with quality furniture and more storage space than I've seen in any hotel room. For the money this is a great choice of hotel. Highly recommended.

We had a most enjoyable stay at the Villa Hue. The staff, trainees at the Hue Hospitality School were friendly and very willing to assist in any way they could.
The restaurant was very pleasant and the food excellent. I would recommend it to anyone.

"What a wonderful stay I had at..."
What a wonderful stay I had at Villa Hue! I did not know when I made the reservation that it is a training hotel. The staff was eager to please and were so very helpful
every time I had a question. The facilities are terrific, but not for the budget minded. Well, depending on your budget! The location is very good too. It is not far from the tourist area, but not in it which I found a good thing. I would definitely stay there again. It makes you stay in a great city even greater! The only problem, if there was one, was that the computer was pretty slow and often had problems. But the staff was nice enough to let me used their computer behind the desk. Always a smile at the Villa Hue!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and rate our experience quite special. The staff were both professional and friendly and we loved the little touches like the handwritten notes with the sweets on our pillows at
night,and all staff acknowledging us at all times. These students all deserve to find good careers in the industry. We would both have loved to see much more local, and less western, food on the menu. Steph and Allan Shaw

The hotel is well located, the staff is extremely nice, I never met so nice and helpful hotel staff. The food is excellent and the rooms are nice and huge. The bathroom is huge. All in all it was a fantastic stay and I can highly recommend Villa Hue.

The staff was very, very helpfull and nice.

My wife and I had a great stay in Villa Hue. Most of the staff are among the best students from the School of Tourism and are in training, they are always willing to help,
always smiling and pleasant, and indeed offer excellent service. Villa Hue buys you 5 star quality service without the sometimes unnerving overdoing or cold type of service of hotels of similar standards.
