Stayed four days and enjoyed it. Great pool and a nice panoramic view from the large balcony. Very good buffet breakfast was included with the room. Internet service was lacking but that seemed to be the case in most hotels in Veitnam. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for 4 star accomodations.

Loved Sunrise Beach Resort. The staff were friendly and helpful and the service was flawless. Rooms were very tidy and had great views overlooking the spectacular pool. The pool was definately the highlight of the hotel! A little out from the main town, but easy to access by taxi etc. Had a fantastic time - would highly recommend this accommodation.

We truly had a wonderful time at the Sunrise Resort. We reached the hotel thanks to their shuttle service, not included but so convenient. They upgraded us upon arrival to one of their deluxe rooms in the new wing. Very luxurious, but still under construction – the first night the workmen were still knocking, and drilling the walls on the floor above us at 10pm. They moved us the sixth floor the following day, and subsequently halted the works after 9:30pm the following days. The view room our room was magnificent. The pool was so refreshing before twelve, thanks to the shade conveyed by the surrounding pillars. The staff, always full of smiles, was exceedingly helpful. Highly recommended.

The Sunrise Beach Resort was the best hotel that i stayed in throughout Vietnam. The service was excellent at all times. Our room was very spacious with a wonderful view of the ocean. The staff were great and always willing to help us out with taxi's / tours and information about the area. Their breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of food to choose from. The beds were really comfy so I slept great every night. I already miss the place.
Just got back from my vacation and...
Just got back from my vacation and we stayed at Sunrise Beach resort. The price is a little high compare to the hotels you can find in Nha Trang. However, compare to other 5 star hotel in Nha Trang this is still a great deal. The room we were given was a standard deluxe room. Good size room equip with all the amenities you'll need. The room was clean and great A/C temperature control. The service was excellent. Most of the service people knew us by our name and catered to our needs.
One complain that I do have is how their service people treat the locals. We hired a driver who drove us from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang (9 hours of driving). When we got to the hotel, we were greated with a cold refreshing glass of orange juice. However, the driver escorted us in the hotel to make sure everything was fine was not offer a glass of orange juice. The glass of orange juice couldn't have cost more than US$0.05 cents.
All in all, a great place to stay and relax. I highly recommend this place for travelers who are a little picky.
