I'd rather stay at a hostel than give them my money again.

- Although the majority of staff were very friendly, I found management to be quite the opposite.
- We were charged $85 for a banquet that we did not attend.
- WiFi Internet is ridiculously slow.
- Can't make Latte coffee's any warmer than about 40 degrees even when asked to make them very hot. Happened every morning
- Extremely offended when staff would not take my word when I told them that we had not consumed any goods from the minibar. They actually stood in front of my taxi and would not let me leave until they had confirmed that no goods had been consumed.

This is a hotel where you feel...

This is a hotel where you feel like a cherished guest and not just like a paying customer. The whole staff is more than friendly, really going out of their way to make your stay pleasant. The brakfast buffet is one of the best we ever had in Souteast Asia. We have already stayed there twice and would always stay at the Sunrise again - even though there are several 5-star-hotels being built right now in Nha Trang.

We were expecting something special with this...

We were expecting something special with this hotel because of price. It certainly lived up to expectation. The suite we had was excellent and the staff were exceptional. The room was very clean and comfortable and well located within a few minutes of the beach. The only negative was that we missed one night that was booked due to a canceled flight. I would surely stay here again and would thoroughly recommend this to any traveler. Wayne & Faye (Australia) February 2009

Had an execellent stay back in February...

Had an execellent stay back in February at this nice location. Good service, clean rooms and well sorted restaurants. Wifi network on the hotel room floors could be better, but otherwise everything was perfect.

This hotel is not bad for the...

This hotel is not bad for the price, but I wouldn't call it a five star hotel. It's definitely NOT a five star hotel. The lobby is nice, but the rooms are average at best. There is nothing five star about the decor of the room. The decor is at best a high end Motel 6. The rooms are clean but very basic. The location in town is good, but for the same price as the Vinpearl, I think I would stay at the Vinpearl next time.
