Prior to our departure from New Zealand, the hotel ignored our email enquiries (two)about transport from the airport to the hotel. We thought this was very poor and the complete reverse of what we experienced with other hotels throughout Vietnam.
We had to wait 2 hours to get into our room which was very frustrating, but we have to accept that the official check in time was 2pm and we arrived at the hotel just before 12 noon and the hotel did appear to be very busy.
The female check in clerk was not particularly welcoming, but generally we found other front of the house staff very friendly and helpful.
We had an expansive view of the ocean from our room which was very good. The room itself was good to very good in all respects.
The breakfast was very good.
The location was excellent - very short walking distance to restaurants and the ocean.
All in all we thought it was good value for money.
