Fantastic beach views, great service!!
We stayed here for 3 nights. The beach view from the room was fantastic!! The staff were very helpful. The room was perfect. It was clean and had a soft bed (hard to find these in Vietnam!!). The bathroom had a spacious in-ground shower. There were limited Novotel beach chairs at the beach but they had beach towels available to use at the beach. The hotel is a short walk to the main part of Nha Trang where all the restaurants are. The buffet breakfast was awesome!! They had loads of food for western and Asian tastes. Just be careful when using the spa service in the hotel.

a lovely hotel exatly what we needed after 3 weeks traveling through vietnam.Rooms were lovely and we had a balcony on the 15 th floor looking over the beach. The staff were exellent and very helpful especially Mr ti.We didnt eat at the hotel but found some great places on the beach and in the streets.The kids loved the water park at vinepearl and I loved relaxing on the beach. Highly recommended for some down time.

It is worth it
The Novotel was perfect, the rooms, the service, the breakfast (we found everything we wanted and even more). The location is central.
The bad point was the beach. It is written nowhere that the Novotel has just 16 sun beds on the beach. We have booked to this hotel for the private beach and the sun beds.
This hotel is worth it !

Must stay.
Amazing hotel. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. We had a balcony facing the beach with the best view of Nha trang. Great location across the road from the beach and short walk to reaturants and bars. The only issue we had is one day they did not service our room. I highly recommend booking a room facing the beach and order cocktails to drink on the balcony watching the sunset.

Novotel in Nha Trang in Jan 2011
I booked this hotel after researching alot of the hotels in Nha Trang, a few of them looked a bit dodgy but this one looked great and when we arrived we were not disappointed in any way, shape or form! We arrived around 9:30am and were advised our room would be another hour - this was fine as check in wasn't until 2pm anyway! So we went off for some breakfast and returned to the room ready. The room was gorgeous, we were really impressed and the bathroom was out of this world and state of art! The hotel was perfect location, we couldn't have asked for anything better, the beach was opposite and we had a sea view.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly, we came down within an hour of arriving and the doorman knew both of our first names! Each day we were greeted each time we came out of the lift and into the building by very welcome faces and smiles. Each time we were asked where we were off to and told if that was a nice restaurant etc. One day we asked for some directions (we had hired a bike) and the guy was really helpfuly on that as well.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nha Trang and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Nice hotel for holiday
It is a very good hotel, with beautiful seaview. The beach is just cross the street. No additional cost for kid under 15 which is really good for us. Everything is good, except there are some ants in bathroom.

You cannot find any better location. Private...
You cannot find any better location. Private swimmingpool just outside your bedroom and the beach only few steps from the villa. The ville is huge, modern but in a classic manner. Everything is just perfect.

This is our second time at the novotel and once again the service, the rooms was nothing but excellent. Novotel is sure a very safe choice of hotel as staff and service is definitely a plus one always!!

I stayed for 2 nights in March...
I stayed for 2 nights in March and would have liked t have stayed longer as the hotel/resort was a great place to relax and unwind. The hotel is well located on the beachfront with its own sun beds/towels on the beach; the sea was really good for swimming as the water was so warm. The room I was allocated had a balcony overlooking the seafront and as such provided a great view. The room although relatively moderate in size was well designed and made good use of space; it was light and pleasantly furnished with a small settee. There was a good range of the usual facilities in the room: satellite television, kettle, fridge, safe and computer access. The bathroom was a good size with a nice walk-in shower. Breakfast was good with a large range of options available. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
