Was a great hotel, once again the staff where fantastic. This hotel is about 4 minute walk from the main section of Nha Trang and this is what we enjoy. We then tend to eat at better places not so affected by the western influence. This is not the cheapest but certainly met the requirements of a 3 star hotel. It certainly was value for money.
Great Accomodation
I stayed at the Copac Hotel with my son and we were very happy. The price was good for a 3 star hotel. The room was clean and had all the facilities. The bathroom was large and clean. The shower had good pressure and was large.
The location was quite central, a short walk to the beach or the backpacker areas for the restaurants. A taxi ride to the Tap Bha Hot Springs was under 100 000 dong.
The breakfast was mostly suited to the Asian traveller, though there were eggs and hot bread rolls for the Western palate.
We had some trouble with lost luggage from the bus trip (nothing to do with the hotel). We had to make a statement to the local Police for our travel insurance. The manager of the Copac Hotel was most helpful in negotiating and translating with the Police (who were also very helpful). It ended up with us staying an extra day and we received a discount off the price.
In summary I would recommend the Copac hotel. Great facilities, central location, helpful and friendly staff.
