Pleasant, clean room with very friendly and helpful staff
Enjoyed our stay. A minor hiccough at check-in was addressed quickly by staff. Friendly and helpful concierge. Plain but comfortable and clean room with good, big bed.
Excellent
Such a wonderful welcome to Nha Trang, away from the hussle tourist area but directly opposite a beach. Amazing value for money. Wake up to a million dollar view, life can't get any better than that.
Bathroom problems!..
.Although the bathtub wall was somehow invisible by its curtain. But it still being seen through even when we try to turn off some recess lights to create more darkness from inside. I am not happy to shower in darkness.
.The bathtub was installed a little bit higher....dangerous when step out of it. And the water was flooding out at both side walls alot after showered. I was worried the floor might be flooded at my first night.
. I forgot to bring my credit card...I thought i do not need it because everything was registered. ...they got my informations anyway. But my last day i was asked for a different one because their machine was blocked by that system ( which is my previous card ). They should used an opened machine ( unblocked system account ) at first place!
