Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, although no lift. Very close to Sinh Cafe, down an alley, BUT, location plan on asiarooms was totally wrong. We went a long way out of our way to position shown on map, only to have to come all the way back. From Sinh Cafe, cross over road to the junction on the right (building site). Turn left, and it is at bottom of first alley on the right. Checked in 7.00am, no extra charge. Left bags on last day and returned 6.00pm to have shower at no extra cost. Very helpful.
