Helpful staff, cosy room (if you have a heater)
The staff were nice and helpful. They spoke really good English. The room was okay. Request for a heater if you are staying here in the colder months as it can get really cold. The electricity in Sapa is not reliable. The hotel did not have electricity for most of a day when we were there. The showers were temperamental. If anyone else was having a shower at the same time, you end up with really low water pressure and cold water which is not pleasant during winter. The hotel restaurant has a fireplace. The food was okay. Also, you need to climb several flights of stone steps to get to the hotel from the main street. This could be an issue for someone with a disability.
