Very clean and tidy Apartment for family holiday

Clean, tidy and spacious apartment suitable for family holiday. Comfortable rooms, clean toilets, high floor with nice city view and free wifi within the unit. Walking distance to local food stalls.

Misleading Room Description

2/6 based on reviews about the Santa Grand Hotel East Coast ~NEW~ in Singapore

The hotel was listed as a New 5 floor hotel in East Coast. The room pictures are of the new wing and sold that way. When you get there the hotel has no rooms left in the whole new wing and say they are upgrading you but stick you in the old rooms on the main road side. Very noisy, no curtains so lights through the window all night and even the door handle was falling off which did not seem great for security. When told about this the staff offered to move me to the room next door which was exactly the same. T make matters worse the shower drain was clogged with hair from the previous guests. The restaurant advertised was not open and there was no facilities for getting food or drink. The free internet did not work properly and in the morning was switched off. For a new hotel it was a disaster......Asian Fawlty Towers.....and I would not recommend staying there for any reason.
