Wonderful little island. Food was terrific - fish caught fresh from the sea and cooked beautifully by the kitchen staff. Try the lobster & spaghetti for lunch if it is offered. All fresh local produce used wherever possible - fish, paw paw, limes, bananas, avocados etc. Prices were reasonable considering only 12 bures on the island and a captive audience! Would love to go back one day. Only negative was the 5 hour trip each way from Denerau on the shuttle boat, but worth it to get away from everything.

| "Unfortunately could only stay 2 nights but the resort was great for snorkelling, kayaking and just relaxing on the beach or in hammocks. Only 12 rooms gives the resort a really personal atmosphere.
The breakfast/lunch menu has good variety and the food is great however if you like fresh fish/seafood the dinner is incredible. The menu consists of what ever was caught during that day. More lobster than you could finish for only 32 dollars Australian Its great value too. Other meals (steak, lamb etc) are also available.
Because of its location (5hrs by Yasawa Flyer ferry service) we had limited/ no mobile phone reception and no internet access which in my opinion was great! Really felt like we were getting away from the world. No pool/spa, but you could swim in a pool anywhere in the world. Its all about the beach and the reef. Day trips around the area are also available.
The rooms are basic but really nice and tidy (no air con) but a genuine Fijian experience. Great if your after an outdoorsy, natural and relaxing holiday with a refreshing non-commercial feel." |

| "Beautiful island resort, with beautiful beach and lovely well kept gardens. Lance and Lily run a superb hotel, and will do anything for you. Restaurant fantastic and all the staff are really lovely. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday, if you want action this is not the island for you, this is escapism. " |
