Very basic not a 3 star poor service left with broken light in room after having reported it twice.

"Briefly... Staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good too. All hotel is very much in need of refurbishing!! On our arrival, the carpet on the stairs up to first and second floors was very unsafe..big holes in it!! A few days later,the stairs had no carpets...they had been ripped up. This was a sfare option. No carpet on the corridors either. Carpets in rooms were very old and very stained. Showers were not really adequate!! water went everywhere!! "
