"Very good hotel, beds are just GREAT. Location is perfect close to everything and connected to several subway lines! There are so many thjings around!!! AND there is a public bus that takes you from Berlin Tegel Airport to the alexander platz so it is pretty convenient. Service is OK (cleaning lady knocking at the door twice between 8.30 and 9 am for no reasons... not so good). Restaurant is ok, good choice yet I did not think the quality was awesome. fruit juice is made from concentrated, no bacon, no pancakes... well this is germany. Apart from that everythig went fine. "

"Hotels location is perfect for tourists, close to train and tube and walking distance for good bars and restaurants along and at the end of orianburgerstasse. Bathroom was unusual but as expected based on reviews read before we booked. Overall hotel impressive. 32nd floor overlooking tv tower - great view. On downside, air conditioning in room v poor - room v hot mid May, little assistance offered when asked for help. Hotel charges for extra for everything, (e.g. fax Euro-8 (6 pages), terrace (Euro-3 each for last 1/2 hour, casino Euro-5). Breakfast was ok (ours was included in price of room - wouldn't pay the Euro-18 as an extra). Loved Berlin and would recommend this hotel, particularly for its location."

"Very comfortable. Great panoramic view from high-floor rooms. Suitable start/end point for Berlin explorers. Just rooms could be larger and parking is more expensive than I expected. But definitely I would recommend this hotel."

"Great place close to the vivid atmosphere of real Berlin! Hotel has superb service although reception and luggage storage tend to be overcrowded - but staff are always smiling and doing their best. Cosy rooms, a bit small but well equipped and superb king size bed. Without hesitation - a good choise for any traveller in Berlin."

"Park inn so easy to find , very centraly located no prob making it to and from the airport by train. Very efficient and friendly staff- very large hotel, losses personality but that is expected in somewhere large. Lobby area was a bit more like a corridor than somewhere to chill- but plenty of places near by to do that. the beer garden attached to the holet was very relaxed and provided very simple and cheap but extreamly tasty lunch type food. Had a massage in the spa area very quiet but it was sun afternoon - very relaxing (Around £40 full body) Wish i had know that a shirt and tie was required to get into the casino - would not have minded a look around and a bit of a flutter!!! My husband had emailed ahead to request a roon on high floor with view - was brill also when they knew it was our 10th anniversay they provided a surprise in the room of wine and choc - great start to holiday would have no probs recommending this hotel or area "

"A busy, efficient hotel which provides superb views over Berlin, especially from the higher floors. Unusual bathrooms which are integrated into the bedrooms, but this should not seen as a problem. It is ideally situated for exploring the city, only 100 metres or so from the Alexanderplatz railway station"
