Good service from arrival to departure,staff positive and the room was in all very good.Highly recommend this hotel.

| "Travelled with my 16 year old son. Loved this hotel with its enormous fish tank (especially when being given its morning clean by divers), glass elevators, bountiful breakfasts, great pool (not enormous but 4' + deep and long enough for a decent swim), sauna, steam room & gym. Bathroom very stylish. Location great - airport bus TXL stops very close and s bahn 5 min walk. There was free broadband connections to each room, a safe and 3 phones. Kettle with generous supply of tea/coffee/chocolate. My only minor niggles were there was no milk supplied with the teas and no space in the (automatic charging) fridge to store own milk. Only one, floppy, pillow each (another supplied on request)and armchair not as comfortable as in many 4* hotels. We would stay again if we could afford it!" |
