All rooms are light, have modern furnishings and are equipped with a shower/ WC and television. Each hotel room has a hairdryer.For individual and business travellers we have hotel single and double rooms available. Likewise, we have family rooms which can sleep two adults and two children. The hostel part of our house offers great deals on our multi bed rooms and is ideal for groups.At the reception you will find internet access, we have WiFi and internet terminals available. Our friendly and experienced personnel will be happy to help you book trips, theatre or concert tickets, etc.4. FUNIn our large and comfortable “Skybar” it is easy to loose track of time. Sightseeing and nightlife (bookings taken at reception)Interactive experiences through the historic old town with Barokkokko.Barokkokko gives you lots to see, hear, learn, and laugh at- these city guides in historic costume manage to do the best, they captivate and amuse their guests. Alongside history and stories about the city of Dresden learn the formal curtsy, dance and fencing along the way as well.City Trips.A city tour on a Double- Decker bus offers you an ideal chance to be introduced with the sights of Dresden. Climb aboard at the regular stop number 22. The ticket lasts all day so you can hop on and off when and where you choose. There is a pick up point from the hotel.Boat trip with a historic Paddle Wheel Steamer.The 1½ hour trip with live commentary travels along the Blauen Wunders, passing the Elbschlösser Schloss Albrechtshof, Lingner- Schloss and Schloss Eckberg as well as the former Elbdörfen Blasewitz and Loschwitz.Nightwalk Dresden. A culture and pub crawl through Dresden- Neuestadt, the alternative quarter with over 160 bars, pubs and restaurants that are multi- cultural and full of charm. Whether the Fledermäuse on Katharinenstraße, Wasserbüffel in Kunsthof or Gelbfüssler on Alaunstraße, there is something to satify every NightWalker. Participants must be over the age of 18, the tour lasts for 3 hours and costs 12 € p.p. (includes 3 free drinks) 7. Our Security.We have security in our hostel at night to keep the house peaceful, insuring you have an undisturbed sleep.10. Some General Information.- Ladies, in the event that you are an individual traveller and have booked a space in a multi- bed dorm we would like to inform you that we offer ‘Shared Women Dorms’ if you would prefer. - The hostel’s multi- bed rooms require full payment in advance and there is a deposit when renting bed linen (3 €) and hand towels (1 €). Breakfast is not included when you have booked a space in a multi- bed room (6 €). In our single and double bed rooms breakfast, bed linen and hand towels are inclusive.- In all A&O Hotels and Hostels pets are allowed at an extra 5 € charge per night only in single and double bed rooms, please inquire beforehand. - Conference rooms and technical appliances are available, please inquire beforehand.CHECK IN 4 p.m.Reserved rooms shall be available for occupancy from 4 p.m. on the agreed day of the client’s arrival. The client shall not be entitled to occupy the room(s) earlier than this.CHECK OUT 10 a.m. (11 a.m. at the weekend)On the agreed day of departure the client must vacate the room by 10 a.m. at the latest. If the client does not vacate the room by this time we shall be entitled to charge 50% of the full room rate as published in the price list until 6 p.m. for reasons of non-contractual occupation, and if the client vacates the room after 6 p.m. 100% of the full room rate will be charged. This shall not constitute any contractual claims on the part of the client.CANCELLATION CONDITIONS- Until two days prior to arrival before 6 o’clock pm (local time at hotel/hostel) free of charge. In case of cancellation after this period a cancellation fee of 100% of the first night will be charged. In a case of non-arrival 100% of booking costs will be charged. It’s the same for short-term bookings, within two days before arrival.For groups from 10 people we have special cancellation and payment conditions.
