"The hotel's quality equaled its name and reputation in the 4-5 stars hotel chain. The personeels' English level is averagely good and the service quality is also nice. The best would be the wines from the minibar. 7.50 euro per bottle from the minibar in the room, is an incredible price for such a luxe class hotel. The buffet's hot/cold combined breakfast is excellent. Lots of choices which met people's personal habits and taste. Although the personeels did appear to be completely over-stressed due to the huge amount of customers they have to serve at the same time, the service quality is still guaranteed in almost every aspect."
