| "Thank you for the opportunity to report my findings. I normally backpack around the world.
the taxi concession to and from the hotel is not advertised and so paid a lot more and the hotel did not offer a refund.
I was told different times for when the tourist desk would be open and it did not even open the day I was there.
I emailed prior to going to Guam for a tour of the Island but was told to organise once I came. This was almost impossible and ended up going on a Japanese day tour, which I enjoyed, but if I did not do that I would not have seen the Island. I did not want to hire a car because of driving on the opposite side of the road.
Most people were lovely with their instructions but they sent me in the wrong direction and incorrect information, even from their information centre in Tumon." |
