room was huge, complete with everything nice ocean view, clean but need to change some of the old apppliances, gym is small, breakfast was okay, and the service is good overall it was good experience and definitely will book in this hotel in the near future.

| "My wife and i had quite a nice stay at the Holiday Resort and Spa Hotel. It's situated very close to the beach about 1 minute walk away. It's a few blocks from Tumon Sand Plaza and DFS if you're into high end shopping. The hotel has a very nice lobby and the staff are very friendly and helpful. By Asian standards it's far from 5 star but it's a great 3 star and you get very good value for the price. We got the Oceanview room and the view was fantastic.
We initially had problems with the drain in the bathtub but a quick call to the front desk and they had it fixed in a jiffy. Food at the Cafe downstairs was not that good however although again they had friendly staff.
We'd most likely stay here again as nearby hotels had double the rate that Holiday Resort offered.

| "The hotel was very nice and the service was excellent. Some things could stand to be updated, ie..new carpet,balcony furniture, but overall a great hotel. Excellent spa services and the pool was great. Also enjoyed Hy's Steak House! " |

| "TERRIBLE experience. Family owned, no structure to how they operate. Our U.S Naval ship pulled in and there were alot of us checking in, and a 16 - 18 year old boy thought it was okay to check us in early w/out our rooms because it was not ready yet, and told us to wait for the 3:00 check in. We all ended up getting in line AGAIN , a wait time of an hour. Bathroom was not clean. Pillow cases obviously not changed by the smell of it (they had a "go-green" card on it). We had to call room service several times because of no cable for internet, for fresh towels & turnover (they decided to knock on our door at 9 pm to clean our room), etc. Could use a new carpet from all the stains. Buffet for meals, there were flies everywhere, and the waiter didn't know what was on the menu when we asked what it was. I recommend finding a well-known hotel, even if it's a 3 star. " |
