As long as you have a valid driver's license, it is a great place to stay in Guam. There are many affordable rent-a-cars, and the island is not difficult to drive around. What I liked most about the room was the free internet access and the kitchen/dining area. The bathroom was clean, but some people may prefer to have a bath tub. Nevertheless, the hotel is a perfect place to check-in if you prefer to be far from the hustle and bustle of crowded and noisy streets. The staff are nice, the facilities are modern and clean, the location is peaceful.

| "My first impression was not so good. As i approached the parking lot I could hear and see the loud partiers at the bar and hanging out in front. Apparently, this budget hotel is quite popular with young, party-loving travelers. It's OK if sleep is not your priority, but I could hear the loud music thumping all the way on the the other side of the building and I was on the third floor. I was not happy with the weak wireless internet. Most of the time it was not strong enough to use in the room." |

| "Clean hotel, decent rooms with TV and A/C and small kitchen, free transport to the airport perfect for transit travelers (saves $20 compared to other places).
Con: far from Tumon Bay; cannot walk there at night because of the narrow roads (dangerous). must take a taxi. " |
