| "The location was great because it was near the beach, center to shopping and bus routes, and walking distance to a church. The hotel is best for tight budget travellers. The most important of all was that we were not suppose to have an early check-in but we were accomodated. Aside from that, breakfast was not included in our room rate but was served. Best of all, Asiarooms.com never failed to deliver. This is the 3rd time I used it! " |

| "Location of Hotel wasn't what we were expecting.
It took a few tries by the staff to find rooms that were useable. the first one had really bad smells in the room, the second have Aircon fans making loud noises. But the staff did indeed work with us and try to find rooms that we could use.
For people on a tight budget, and willing to accept
limited rooms etc it is an acceptable place to stay.
The larger hotels and resorts there on Guam have much more to offer, if you have the funds to enjoy them." |

| "The hotel is perfectly situated along Hotel Drive and just walking distance from a lot of shops and restaurants. The best part is it's just 5 minutes walk away from the beach and public transport is very convenient. The only downer is that internet is not readily accessible in the rooms, as one has to purchase an internet card first. But, the stay was very pleasant. Friendly staff and laid back atmosphere." |
