All rooms are equipped with wired and wireless broadband Internet access while free WiFi is available in all hotel public areas. For making a handy trip, the hotel provides free shuttle service running to and from several landmarks in Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, Admiralty, Central and Quarry Bay. "The room is good! small but cosy and very clean. Location is not very convenience as need to walk about 10mins to the MTR. The staffs at the reception are not friendly, always very busy and usually ignored our attentions when we needed some enquiries. When we first checked in, we were asked to wait for half an hour for the room to be ready which I thought the hotel room should be ready for the guests and not vice versa. "

"This hotel was ideal for my budget and expectations. The room was very clean and the service outstanding. The windows in the room were frosted so we couldn't see out...the explanation was that there is a cemetary behind the hotel. My suggestion is to request a room with clear windows on the opposite side of the hall. The location was in walking distance to the racetrack and Times Square. I hope I get to visit Hong Kong again and if so I would choose to stay at The Cosmopolitan!"

"We got the standard room and as expected is a bit small but isn't a big hindrance really (since we just go to the hotel to sleep). The complimentary water bar & shuttle service (to Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, Admiralty, Central Airport Express Line) is a very nice feature of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is just average with the standard continental offering and only a few Chinese food (dimsum, noodle, etc.). The room that we got also has no view whatsoever (the window is frosted) - a minor turnoff. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who's on a budget or on a business trip."

Concierge are particularly good, very friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle service to the MTR (underground) train system that runs through hong kong, lantau and kowloon. Although the nearest station is a short walk from the hotel anyway. Breakfast is very good. Tip if you are using buses in Honk Kong - have the correct money ready in change - they don't take notes. Otherwise get an Octopus card - you cab charge them up and use them on MTR and buses, much easier! - you can hand them back in at the airport and they pay you for any credit left on the card.
