| "The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything from their own convenient shuttles and umbrellas to borrow in that unfortunate rainy Hong Kong weather.
The room is tiny but exactly what you need with a big window, fridge, shower, desk. If you plan on sharing the room with another person make sure they are comfortable with sleeping in the same bed because there is a single bed (with two mattresses). The sheets are separate though and it wasn't an issue for us. Room is great for people on a budget who want the amenities and cleanliness of a 3 star. I'm very happy with our choice! I would say college students, young couples, and people who want a comfortable place to stay at a decent price for Hong Kong Island. The room isn't much beyond a place to lay and sleep or watch TV but it was cozy and we were not bothered by any noisy neighbors.
The location is ideal for walking as long as you don't mind sweating a bit (in the summer time like when we went). If you want to take a cab it wouldn't be very pricey, but we walked (4 college students) everywhere with a single cab ride back at the end of a long day. It is placed close enough to the escalator that takes you down to the lower levels that it is convenient enough to walk." |

| "The service that we received was well above average. The staff were extremely helpful and felt that the complementary bus service was excellent. We have already recommended this hotel to our friends." |

| "The cheaper rooms are a bit small, but then again, this is Kong Kong so space comes at a high premium.
Being up on the mid-levels, this hotel is a little bit removed from all the action. However, it's only about 2 minutes walk from the pedestrian escalator and as Taxis are so reasonably-priced, it's very easy to get down into the heart of Hong Kong island (Central, Admiralty, Wan Chai etc.).
The staff are very friendly and very helpful so all in all it is a very pleasant place to stay." |

| "Carpet was terribly dirty and stained. The single bed rooms were very tiny. Had no place to place luggage. Had to jump over luggage to get to bathroom. A simple bus ride to the city. Area is sketchy after dark." |

| "My daughter and I spent a lot of time out of the Hotel however, when we were there it was so cramped and the noise of the rooms on either side was ridiculous. I spent one night hitting the wall on one side to try and make the room next door keep quiet so that we could get some sleep - this only excited them and they proceeded to make fun of us. It was well after 12.00am and we were very tired. Your Hotel may be able to have a lot of bookings at one time - but I am sure you would prefer return business - which is not what I will be doing." |

| "Although front desk service could take a while and the rooms were REALLY minute, the view from the room is breathtaking. Also, service staff are always on the ball, with good attitude and a friendly smile or word. Very cosy indeed!" |
