| "I would not stay in this hotel again, my room was a non smoking room and the smell of smoke was so strong,the linen smelt of smoke my luggage and my clothes had a very strong smoke smell after staying in the room for only one night, the air con did not work very well and the windows did not open so it was very unpleasant, especially with the rooms being so small.
Other than that the room was clean and the location ok if you want to be close to the mid levels.

| "The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything from their own convenient shuttles and umbrellas to borrow in that unfortunate rainy Hong Kong weather.
The room is tiny but exactly what you need with a big window, fridge, shower, desk. If you plan on sharing the room with another person make sure they are comfortable with sleeping in the same bed because there is a single bed (with two mattresses). The sheets are separate though and it wasn't an issue for us. Room is great for people on a budget who want the amenities and cleanliness of a 3 star. I'm very happy with our choice! I would say college students, young couples, and people who want a comfortable place to stay at a decent price for Hong Kong Island. The room isn't much beyond a place to lay and sleep or watch TV but it was cozy and we were not bothered by any noisy neighbors.
The location is ideal for walking as long as you don't mind sweating a bit (in the summer time like when we went). If you want to take a cab it wouldn't be very pricey, but we walked (4 college students) everywhere with a single cab ride back at the end of a long day. It is placed close enough to the escalator that takes you down to the lower levels that it is convenient enough to walk." |
