Room stank of smoke. In the hallway a towel was left to soak up a leak right outside the lift. Staff were abrupt. No breakfast included. Basic room but good location.

| "Charterhouse Hotel is in a easy to get to location - one bus stop from the subway. The room was adequate, however, the bathroom needed a very good clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent, which makes up for a lot. The staff were polite and helpful. One suggestion - more brochures, maps etc. available for those who've not been to Hong Kong before. There was very little on offer. On reflection, I would probably stay there again." |
