The people at the front desk were very helpful, polite
The servers in the restaunat were also
Some of the food on the breakfast buffet was cold.
The TV in my room didn't work. 1307
It is very important to have non smoking rooms available. The first room I was assigned was a smoking room but I requested a change and it was then OK

| "Charterhouse Hotel is in a easy to get to location - one bus stop from the subway. The room was adequate, however, the bathroom needed a very good clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent, which makes up for a lot. The staff were polite and helpful. One suggestion - more brochures, maps etc. available for those who've not been to Hong Kong before. There was very little on offer. On reflection, I would probably stay there again." |
