| "Altought the hotel is in good location, and the lobby and restaurants are nice, the rooms are small and dirty. We have find the sheets with holes and dirty. The personeel from the reception was not hepfull and total unfriendly. I will not stay again in this hotel. This hotel is ok for budgettravelers and young people.

| "Charterhouse Hotel is in a easy to get to location - one bus stop from the subway. The room was adequate, however, the bathroom needed a very good clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent, which makes up for a lot. The staff were polite and helpful. One suggestion - more brochures, maps etc. available for those who've not been to Hong Kong before. There was very little on offer. On reflection, I would probably stay there again." |
