| "The hotel was centrally situated for all site seeing. The view of harbour and Kowloon were spectacular, the food and service was excellent. We had visited Hong Kong the previous year and decided that if we returned we would certainly book the Excelsior." |

| "we stayed at the Excelsior for 4 nights in June 2008. The best thing about the hotel was its location in causeway bay.It was a great location for shopping and access to MTR and trams. The room was clean with good facilities. Our only complaint was that the room was tiny but apparently this is the norm in Hong Kong. Service at the hotel was good and concierge was quite helpful for providing tourist information. Because of its location or perhaps reputation, the Excelsior is well known in the area and the taxi drivers knew exactly where to take us. I would recommend staying there if you are not too concerned about the size of the room.

| "It is the perfect location in Causeway Bay at Hong Kong Island. My office is close by and the there are lots of restaurants to choose from. Good for shopping and convenient for all public transport. Always stay here for both my business and leisure trips. Good for value." |
