| "Hotel Location is great. close to all the eatery and shopping central .The downsize is Hotel does not allowed guest to park the luggages at the counter for a even a shortwhile after checking out, there will be a extra charges on guest , Hope the management will take note of this point. " |

| " WE BOOKED THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF ITS GREAT LOCATION AND WE HEARD FROM A FRIEND WHO TRIED IT THAT IT WAS A CLEAN NO-FRILLS BUSINESS HOTEL AND WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED. THEIR STANDARD ROOM WAS JUST RIGHT FOR 2 PEOPLE BUT IF YOU'RE A FAMILY OF 3 OR 4 IT WOULD BE A TIGHT FIT. WE WERE PROVIDED W/ FREE BREAKFAST, AND OUR HOTEL ROOM WAS ALWAYS CLEAN AND THE BATHROOM PROVIDED WITH NEW TOWELS EVERYDAY DURING THE DURATION OF OUR 5 DAYS STAY. THERE'S NO CONCIERGE HERE SO EXPECT TO LOG YOUR LUGGAGE YOURSELF WHEN YOU CHECK IN OR OUT. GOOD VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY! " |

| "Fantastic location 10 meters to Times Square and 50 meters to MTR entrance. Offers basic newly renovated accommodations for a decent price. Facilities are clean, well designed. Unlimited free internet access is great, room safe is provided too. No frills but provides everything a traveller who is in town for a shopping trip will ever need. I will stay here again." |

| "The room is clean enough. Breakfast is provided but not much of a choice except given 4 ABCD breakfast set. Convenient to the most shopping malls. We were charged HK$30 for per luggage disposit just because we were not able to extend early checkout. Most of the hotels do not charge their customers for this. " |

| "Stayed twice on the first night when I checked in they gave me a smoking room and said their was nothing else, yet after I protested some more they found a non smoking room.
On the second stay 2 days later, they gave me a room with 2 single beds, when I protested they said they had nothing else, when I protested even louder they found a room with a double bed.
Clearly they had my request both times, why couldn't they just give it too me when I asked, why must you get angry with them to get them to do something so simple!
Apart from that everything else was good, location is fantastic.

Services is execellent considering it's a budget hotel. Will definitely recomend to friends. " |

| "Booked last december and I was a little worried about reviews I read in certain travel websites. But I trust holiday inn express as a brand and went ahead. Got a great rate from Asiarooms. The rooms are small but very adequate and more importantly ...... Really Clean. I loved the fact that the hotel was right behind times square and walking distance within everything in causeway bay. 10/10 location.
Not much of a concierge and breakfast was lame. But Hey if you are a proactive traveller, you wont get better value for money than this hotel in Hong Kong, im definately booking again." |
