| " There really is nothing wrong with this hotel and the swimming pool was a definite plus. Value was reasonable for a hotel not quite in the middle of things.
Hong Kong is an easy place to get around and the Quarry Bay subway (not North Point) was right on the hotel's doorstep. Taxi fares to Central were inexpensive.
The breakfast was fine, the room was clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We even had a view of the harbour from our room. I just felt maybe it might be worth paying a wee bit more for a similar class of hotel closer into Central.
If this sounds like faint praise it shouldn't. If you are looking for first time place to stay in Hong Kong I would recommend the Harbour Plaza, but I would look around a bit more before I went back.
Hope this helps.

| "Given it was HK7's weekend, the hotel was great value. Room was supposed to be double, but was in fact a twin, but was spacious enough even though it did smell a little musty.
The hotel was a little out of the centre, however very close to the MTR station." |

| "The staff were really helpful, everybody was very polite. The hotel and the room itself is very clean. Even though it's a bit small, I really enjoyed my stay. One thing though that I didn't like was that there is no full size mirror inside the room, and for some reason, the hair dryer is attached to a dresser drawer and there is no mirror that I can look at while I am blow drying my hair. For some reason, all hong kong hotels seem to do this though (maybe they are afraid of someone stealing the hair dryer??!!)...Overall, I was very happy with my stay and I would definitely return." |

| "Nice room, good view and great service. The only setback is the soundproof is not good. You can hear people talking in the next room.Would be better if the hotel can improve on the soundproof between rooms." |

| "Harbour Plaza North Point was in a great Spot just across from the Quarry Bay MTR station. A bit further down was the tram stop. It has a supermarket just accross the street (Wellcome). The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and tidy. The harbour view was great. The room wasn't huge but it was big enough and the bed was comfortable. The room had more facilities then we expected (ie freezer, cook top). The breakfast buffet was not the best we ever had (Disneyland Holly wood Hotels was much better) but it was nice to go up to the bar and have afternoon tea. We will be staying there again. " |

| "I would say, this was a very good hotel for 4 stars.
Only breakfast should have some changes and not every day the same products." |
